Professor Beata Filipiak has been appointed a new WSB Rector as from October 1st 2010. The new Rector has replaced Prof. Władysław Balicki who has occupied this position for the last 16 years. Professor Beata Filipiak specializes in public and self-govermennt finance, and regional development.
