MOPEM
MOPEM project (Marketing On-line Path to Enter new Markets) was carried out from June 2007 to March 2009 on the initiative and with the leadership of TEB SA, with funds of LDV Programme. Its main objective was to create 12 content modules, on-line teaching courses, on advanced marketing at the European market.
The institutions participating in the project were: Toruń School of Banking, Wrocław School of Banking, Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais (Portugal), Technische Fachhochschule Wildau (Germany), Aalborg University (Denmark), Sineura S.p.A (Italy).
Co-operation with EU companies - Leonardo da Vinci
Co-operation with EU companies is the key factor in job mobility promotion in the European market. The main objective of Leonardo da Vinci project is for WSB graduates to take the career development opportunities while taking into account the Common European Job Market. Therefore, students of Banking Schools can participate, during their summer holidays, in work placements lasting 3 months or longer. more
WSB Schools were granted with subsidies and completed 11 projects, in which about 100 students and graduates were beneficiaries. The internships were carried out in Germany, the UK, Grece, Italy and Spain.
DILBAC
Within the project "Distance Learning of Banking and Accounting - DILBAC" partners from 4 European countries created course modules enabling distant learning (e-learning method) in the field of finance, banking and accounting. The project was financed from Leonardo da Vinci Programme.
The partner group included representatives of academic institutions as well as representatives of business practice: Wyzsza Szkola Bankowa w Poznaniu – project leader, Wyzsza Szkola Bankowa w Gdansku, University of Luton (United Kingdom), University of Applied Sciences - Fachhochschule Amberg-Weiden (Germany), Univerzita Mateja Bela (Matej Bel University - Slovakia), Gospodarczy Bank Wielkopolski S.A. (Poland), Institute of Banking Studies of the National Bank of Slovakia (Slovakia), Slovak Chamber of Auditors (Slovakia).
The outcome of the project was creating 2 groups of training modules:
• modules used in teaching finance, accountancy and banking among two target groups:
- higher education institutions students and staff either employed or seeking employment in the sector of finance and banking
- small and medium companies
• modules comprising methodological instructions in the scope of teaching the above areas with the use of the Internet

PEROU
In 2004-2006 WSB in Poznań participated in the Project for the European Open University - PEROU realized within STIMENT Programme (financed from INTERREG IIIC). The main objective of the project was to create a European catalogue of e-learning contents addressed to small and medium enterprises and students of higher education institutions. The project enabled establishing links between countries and organizations to exchange know-how, experience and practices in the field of e-learning.
